1. Nature of Vintage & Found Goods

  • As-Is Condition: The majority of our inventory consists of vintage, antique, and secondhand items. Due to their age and prior use, items may exhibit natural patina, minor wear, surface scratches, or inherent imperfections.

  • Accuracy of Listings: We make every effort to display colors, dimensions, and condition issues as accurately as possible through photos and written descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. All items are sold in "as-is, as-found" condition.

 

2. Pricing & Orders

  • Currency & Adjustments: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

  • Packaging: Fragile items (such as glassware and ceramics) are packed with care using protective materials.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is transferred to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS), Mostly Goods LLC is not liable for carrier transit delays, lost parcels, or stolen deliveries. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accurate at checkout.

  • Damaged in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, notify us at [insert contact email] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item, the exterior box, and all internal packing materials so we can file a carrier claim.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • Final Sale: Because our pieces are predominantly one-of-a-kind and vintage, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or slight vintage wear described in the listing.

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase before packaging begins. Once an order is processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

 

5. Intellectual Property All visual content, product photography, editorial text, logos, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Mostly Goods LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mostly Goods LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or any products purchased through it.
