1. Processing & Handling

• Orders are packaged and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• Due to the delicate nature of vintage glassware, ceramics, and stoneware, each piece is wrapped with protective cushioning, sturdy boxes, and eco-friendly packing supplies whenever possible.

 

2. Domestic Shipping & Rates

• We ship within the continental United States via USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on package weight and fragility.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total weight, package dimensions, and destination.

• Once your package ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

3. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Mostly Goods LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

• Reshipment costs for returned, undeliverable parcels will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

• Once a parcel has been scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS/UPS), transit delays, misdeliveries, or carrier errors are outside of our direct control.

• We are not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. Please arrange for a secure drop-off location.
